摘要
采用自由基溶液聚合法合成了含有环氧基团且适用于聚酯固化消光粉末涂料的丙烯酸树脂,研究了改变合成树脂中的软、硬单体的比例、引发剂的用量及甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯(GMA)含量对粉末涂料性能的影响得出合成聚酯固化低光泽粉末涂料丙烯酸树脂的最佳条件:控制合成树脂的玻璃化转变温度65~70℃,引发剂用量1.5%,GMA含量20%;同时,用这种消光树脂制得的粉末涂料涂膜与环氧树脂-MCA型低光泽粉末涂料涂膜进行耐过度烘烤性能的实验比较,发现其具有较好的耐热老化性能。
A kind of epoxy group-containing acrylic acid resin was synthesized with free radical solution polymerization; the resin was suitably used for preparing polyester cured matting powder coating. The effects of changing the ratio of soft to rigid segments in the synthetic resin, the initiator dosage and the glycidyl methacrylate (GMA) content on the performance of the powder coating was studied. The optimum conditions for synthesizing the polyester cured matting powder coating were determined, comprising controlling glass transition temperature of the resin at 65 - 70 ℃, initiator dosage at 1.5% and GMA content at 20%. An excessive baking experiment was carried out for comparing the thermal resistance of the coating films made from the matting resin and epoxy - MCA type resin with low gloss, the result verified that the former was superior to the latter in the thermal aging resistance.
