摘要
以工业异丁醛和氢氧化钠为原料合成了 2 ,2 ,4 三甲基 1,3 戊二醇。优化的工业生产条件为 :异丁酸∶2 5 %氢氧化钠溶液∶5 0 %氢氧化钠溶液 =4 0∶1∶14 (mol) ,第一阶段反应温度 2 8~ 5 2℃ ,时间 1~ 2h ,第二阶段反应温度 90~ 14 0 ,时间 6~ 8h ;合成产品对总原料的收率 >6 0 % ,质量分数≥ 97% ;同时提出了提高产品质量的后处理方法。
The technology for the synthesis of 2,2,4-trimethylpentane-1,3-diol using indastrial isobutyraldehyde and sodium hydroxide is presented. The optimum reaction condition is that the mole ratio of reactants isobutyraldehyde: sodium hydroxide: sodium hydroxide = 40: 1: 14,reaction temperature 28~52℃ for 1~2h in frist step, and 90~140℃ for 6~8h in second step. The yield of the product is above 60% ( to total slock) and mass percentage is over 97%. The methods of purifying products are developed too.
