摘要
本文介绍了一种新型的、性能优良的聚结剂──— 2,2,4-三甲基-1,3-戊二醇单异丁酸酯(Texanol),综述了近年来Texnaol的研究和应用开发进展情况,表明酯合成反应的催化剂是影响反应收率的主要因素。
trimethyl-1, 3-pentanediol monobutyrate (Texanol), a new excellent coalescent, is introduced in this paper. The recent research and development in preparation and application of Texanol are reviewed. Effect of purity of raw matericals, temperature and catalyst of esterification reaction and the refining methods of esterification Mixture on yield of Texanol are discussed. h is demonstrated that the catalyst of esterification reaction plays an important role in preparation of Texanol from isobutyraldehyed
