摘要
为企业和社会培养所需要的优秀大学毕业生 ,是高校最基本的任务 ,也是其可持续发展的当务之急。分析了企业和社会最看重大学毕业生的众多素质 ,对高校如何培养企业和社会所欢迎大学毕业生提出了建议。
It′s colleges , most essential and necessary task to train and bring up the excellent graduates for enterprise and society.This article not only analyses many qualities of graduates required by society and enterprise but also provides suggestions how colleges can train and bring up the graduates welcomed by society and enterprise.
