摘要
通过对生产线各工段生产能力平衡情况分析,找出影响生产线生产能力平衡的主要工段(手插件工段),运用模特(以下用MOD表示)分析法对该工段各主要工位进行记录,分析该工段在任务分配、操作方法、工时定额、人员配置及标准产量制定等方面存在的问题,并在此基础上,运用"ECRS"(取消、合并、重排、简化)四大原则及动作经济原则进行改善。
?Aiming at the production line of a company, this thesis discusses problems in the production capability of production line, finding out the main stage influencing production ability balancing.According to MOD method, the thesis records and analyzes problems in the working distribution, operation ways, working hour, workers' manning and standard production. According to the four principles of ECRS (eliminate,consolidate,reset,simplify) and the economical actions, the paper presents an improvement to the abovementioned.
