摘要
以G公司的生产现状为对象,运用程序分析法对产品搬运流程进行详细的记录,应用5W1H六大提问技术分析搬运流程存在的问题,根据"ECRS"四大原则对流程进行改善;运用双手操作分析,动作分析对包装工序中的套袋、装箱各个工位的动作不平衡及动作浪费进行分析改善,并运用MOD法制定标准时间。研究结果使得搬运距离从95 m减少为25 m,时间从26.5 min减少到18.5 min;使套袋、装箱工位动作趋于平衡,浪费大为减少,为该公司进行的生产管理系统改善提供了依据。
This article take the Jieling company's production status as the background,use the procedure analytic method of the utilization method study in carrying on the detailed records of the products transporting flows,applies the 5W1H inquiry technical's to analyze problems existence in the transporting flows,according to "ECRS" four principles(cancels,merge,rearrangement,simplification) to improve the flow.Using both hands operational analysis and the motion analysis to reform the imbalance and the movement waste of each work position in the packing work procedure,and using MOD to formulate the standard time.The studying result suggests that the flitting distance is reduced from 95 meters to 25 meters,and the flitting time is decreased from 26.5 minutes to 18.5 minutes.The actuations of covering bags and stuffing tend to balance,and much waste is fallen off extremely,in order to provide a basis in manufacturing management system for this company.
