摘要
从土壤及活性污泥等样品中,分离筛选出高稳定性高絮凝性絮凝产生菌5株,制成微生物絮凝剂产品.对乳制品综合废水、再生纸污泥废水、染料废水等进行了絮凝试验,结果表明,废水固液分离去色效果良好,COD去除率达50%~80%,悬浮物、色度和浊度去除率达90%以上.发现了絮凝菌株絮凝性能水平与相关因素之间的规律,并对开发微生物絮凝剂产品的效益与发展潜力进行了预测分析.
Five stains of microbes producing microbial flocculent agents efficently and stabling are screened from soil and activited sludge .Flocculent experiments in comprehensive milk waste water,reproduced paper muddy water,dyestuff waste water shows that after treatment in waste water solid matter is separated and decolorization effect is observed,COD is removes 50%~80%,tsp,chromaticity and turbidity are removes over 90%.The relations between flocculent activity and relative factors are studied,and the economic and social effect of agents and potential developments are discussed.
