摘要
本文论述了学校贯彻以德治国的精神。学校在管理中特别要重视思想教育和道德建设，教师要率先垂范，要从爱的愿望出发去教育学生，以爱的手段方式去教育学生。
Colleges and universities must implement the policy of 'Rule the country with virtue'. Colleges and universiries should pay special atlention to ideological education in teaching management. The teachers should set a good example. The teachers should treat students with Kindness, they should love their students
