摘要
在定义风险投资的基础上,首先对目前中国和美国的风险投资的基本情况作了简要的介绍,然后将中国和美国的风险投资具体实践状况进行比较研究,接着具体从组织形式、资金来源、退出机制和税收政策4个方面进行了详细地比较。最后总结了美国风险投资的发展经验,对中国的风险投资提出相应的对策。
Based on the definition of venture investment, present situations of venture investment in China and the US are introduced and contrasted from the angles of organizational structures, capital resources, secession systems and tax policies of venture investments. The experience of the US venture investment is summarized and suggestions are presented for China's venture investment.
