摘要
世界许多国家大力推行风险投资,以促进高新技术产业发展。但由于各国具体条件不尽相同,导致其风险投资发展状况也不尽相同,发展模式差异较大。深入考察国外风险投资的发展历程和发展模式的特点,能为发展我国风险投资事业提供有益的启示。
Risk investment has been forcefully advocated in many countries in order to promote the development of the industry of new technologies. Its development varies from country to country due to their specific conditions. A thorough study of its developing course and mode will be beneficial to risk investment in China.
