摘要
劳动力在三次产业的分布状况反映了一个国家或地区经济发展的高度,能否向新的或发展扩大中的产业不断输送劳动力,确保劳动力在三次产业合理分布,是产业结构优化升级的重要条件。因此,需要从理论上对三次产业劳动力结构合理化评价原理与方法加以研究。分析了影响三次产业劳动力结构的主要因素,探讨了三次产业劳动力结构合理化的条件及评价准则和指标。
The labor distribution in a tertiary industry reflects the economic development standard in a country or a region. To provide a labor force for new developing industry and guarantee a rational labor force distribution are important considerations when optimizing and upgrading the industrial structure. Main factors affecting the labor structure in a tertiary industry are analyzed. Conditions needed to rationalize the labor force structure in a tertiary industry are presented and evaluation criteria and indexes are described.
