摘要
珠三角地区自改革开放以来,迅速成为中国经济国际化和外向化程度最高的地区之一。历经20多年的快速发展,其后继乏力的状态亦显露出来,特别是遇到百年经济危机后,其经济增长面临的瓶颈问题愈加突出。要解决其瓶颈问题,就要转变经济增长方式,均衡区域内经济协调发展,增强区域竞争力。对此,实行产业和劳动力的"双转移"是其重要途径之一。
Since the reform and opening up,the Pearl River Delta has become one of the most international and outward regions in China＇s economy.After 20 years of rapid development,its successor state of fatigue is also exposed,especially in face of the hundred-year economic crisis.The bottleneck problem of its economic growth is more prominent.To solve the bottleneck problem,we should transform the economic growth,balance regional economic coordination development and strengthen regional competitiveness.In this regard,the implementation of the＂double shift＂of industry and labor is an important way.
