摘要
对建立高速公路灾害预警指标体系进行了初步的探讨。在对构建高速公路灾害预警指标体系的指导思想、设计思路和设计原则进行了论述后,设计了由高速公路道路环境安全性、道路运营有效性和运营管理可靠性3个模块为主体的预警指标体系框架,并简要地介绍了高速公路灾害预警指标体系的测评方法。
This paper does a research on the construction of a forewarning index system for expressway disasters. It demonstrates the main ideas and principles of how to form this system, and designs a series of index systems based on expressway environmental safety, road running availability and running management reliability. It also simply presents a valid evaluating method for the index system.
