摘要
从美国的PNGV计划、日本的清洁能源汽车开发计划以及欧共体的明日的汽车计划来看,我国汽车产业要在新一轮的竞争中取得主动权,就必须集聚所有科技资源,构建汽车产业技术创新平台,在新一代汽车技术上取得重大突破,从而实现我国汽车产业的可持续发展。文中论述了构建中国汽车产业技术创新平台的意义,分析了国内外汽车技术研究状况,提出了构建汽车产业技术创新平台的指导思想和设想。
This paper states the significance of building the platform of technology innovation for the Chinese automotive industry, and analyzes the condition of motor vehicle technology inside and outside of China. The guiding thoughts and assumptions of building the platform is put forward.
