摘要
自由防守人在现代排球运动中的作用越来越显著,深入认识自由防守人的地位和作用,重视其技术、体能和心理素质的培养,已经刻不容缓。通过早期有计划的专门选拔、培养和大胆使用,才能够快速产生高水平的自由防守人。
The effect of free defenders become more and more marked in modern volleyball. We must recognize their status and function in the penetrating way and take their cultivating seriously in skill, physical ability and psychological traits. It is a task which brooks no delay in selecting, cultivating and appointing according to plan when they are at early age. So they can grow up quickly in high tong.
