摘要
运用文献资料调研、统计法和影像分析的研究方法,对九运会男排'自由防守人'的技术情况进行分析、比较,认为移动能力是影响'自由防守人'技术的主要因素.本文结合多年的训练经验,对提高'自由防守人'移动能力的有效训练方法提出了自己的见解,以期为提高'自由防守人'技术水平提供参考.
Based on the previous literature, statistics and image analysis, the paper analyses technique of free defender of man volleyball team in the Ninth National Games. The result shows moving ability is main element impacting technique of free defender. The author puts forward his own view with his training experience of many years, so as to contribute some reference to perfect free defender＇s technique.
