摘要
本研究探讨了在大都市区域层面上对多样化集约式土地使用实行优化的机会和局限,研究的切入点是各种空间概念得以发展和实施的制度环境。研究的主要目标是大都市地区空间政策的形成与制度结构之间的相互作用关系,而后者应该能够促成有效的治理过程并保证空间决策得以实施。
The research investigates thechances and limits to the optimization ofmultiple intensive land-use at the level ofmetropolitan regions. The perspectivechosen is that of the institutional conditionsfor the development and implementation ofspatial concepts. The main objective is toexplore the inter-relationship between theformulation of a spatial policy for themetropolitan area and the institutionalarrangements that enable effectivegovernance processes to be conducted andspatial decisions to be implemented.
