摘要
一缩二乙二醇二缩水甘油醚 (DGDE)与丙烯酸为原料 ,合成紫外光固化环氧丙烯酸(ADGDE)齐聚物。研究了催化剂用量、阻聚剂种类以及反应温度对反应速度和产物性能的影响 ,确定了合成工艺条件 ;用 FTIR表征了结构 ,并与通用双酚 A型环氧丙烯酸酯 (双酚 A型 AEP)比较了颜色、粘度和光固化特性。结果表明 ,ADGDE颜色浅、粘度仅为双酚 A型 AEP的 1 /1 0 0 0。
The acrylated epoxy oligomer (ADGDE) used for UV curing process was synthesized by the reaction of diethylene glycol diglycidyl ether with acrylic acid. The influence of amount of catalyst, type of inhibitors and temperature of reaction on reaction rate and UV curing characters of the product was studied. The optimum reaction conditions were given. The structure of the oligomer was characterized by FTIR spectroscopy. The color of the product was lighter, and its viscosity was 1/1000 of that of bisphenol a epoxy diacrylate oligomer. At the same time, the UV curing speed of ADGDE was faster.
