摘要
目的 为了解1 31 Ⅰ治疗Greves病的近期疗效。方法 本文对 2 48例Greves病患者 ,采用一次性口服法1 31 Ⅰ治疗。结果 治疗后一年痊愈 2 11例 ,好转 16例 ,治愈率 85 .1% ,总有效率 91.5 % ,无效 2例 ,甲低 19例 ,甲低发生率 7.7%。结论 1 31 Ⅰ治疗Greves病 ,疗效是肯定的 ,且经济、安全、简单易行 ,为治疗Greves病的首选方法之一。
Objective:To investigate the immediate effect of 131 I-therapy on Greves disease.Methods:The patients(n=248) took 131 I only once orally and came back to the hospital for a check in 1,2,3,6,12 months.Then we analyse the condition of the patients.Results:Among 248 cases of Greves diease treated with 131 I in one-year follow-up,211 cases had restored health and 16 cases had inproved,the curative rate was 85.1% and the effective rate was 91.5%,19 cases were found hypothyroidism,the occurrence rate of hypothyroidism was 7.7% and 2 cases was invalid.Conclusions: 131 I-therapy on Greves diease is convenient.It has little side effect,low cost and better curative effect.We think it is one of the best therapeutic methods to treat Greves diease.
