摘要
目的:观察131I加强的松治疗G raves′眼病(GO)的临床疗效。方法:对108例中-重度患者随机分为两组,Ⅰ采用单纯131I治疗,Ⅱ采用131I加强的松。治疗后分别对两组眼病疗效进行对比分析。结果:108例GO患者均经1次131I治疗,两组共治愈87例(81.0%),Ⅰ组50例眼病患者中,眼病改善20例(40.0%),无变化22例(44.0%),恶化8例(16.0%);Ⅱ组58例患者中,眼病改善38例(65.5%),无变化17例(29.3%),恶化3例(5.1%)。两组比较差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:GO疗效与甲亢疗效有关,131I加强的松治疗的GO疗效明显高于单纯131I治疗。
Objiective：To Observe the clinical effect of ^131I and prednisone on Graves＇ ophthalmopathy（GO）. Methods ： 108 patients with moderate or severe GO were randomly divided in two groups. 50 cases in group Ⅰ were treated with ^131I only. 58 cases in group Ⅱ were treated with ^131I and prednisone. The therapeutic effect in two groups was used to compare and analyse, Resuit： 87 （81. 0%） cases of two groups were effectively cured once. The remarkably efftive outcome ,no chang and worsen of orbitopathy disease was observed in 38（65.5% ）, 17 （29.3% ） and 3（5.1% ）cases in prednisone and ^131I treanted group and 20（40%）,22（44.0%） and 8（16.0%）cases in ^131I treated group. There were significant differences in both groups. Conclusion ：Therapeutic effect of Go is in connection with therapeutic effect of hyperthyroidism. The effect of ^131I and prednisone is more remarkably effrtiver than ^131I in treatment of GO.
