摘要
目的 对评价降血压药物的不同T/P比值的计算方法进行比较。方法 用4种T/P比值的计算方法计算43例原发性高血压患者服药前后24h动态血压资料。结果 4种T/P比值计算方法所得结果无明显差异。结论提倡用期间时间窗计算T/P比值。
Objective To compare of evaluating drug of decreasing blood pressure with different trough peak ratio(T/P) calculate methods.Methods To calculate data of 43 patients with essential hypertension with T/P calculating methods.Results The results from 4 T/P calculating methods did not show significant different. Conclusion To suggest calculating T/P with period time window.
