摘要
目的:评价联合应用激光治疗痔疮的临床受益。方法:212例痔疮患者按疾病类型随机以单一激光治疗或联合激光治疗,所用激光分别为Nd:YAG激光,CO_2激光和He-Ne激光。术后随访无痛性排便出现的时间,愈合时间及患者多量出血、严重水肿的发生率。结果:联合激光治疗患者较单一激光治疗无痛排便时间较早愈合时间缩短(P<0.05),多量出血和严重水肿的发生率也有所减少。结论:联合激光治疗较单一激光治疗恢复快,且并发症少。
Objective: The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effects of combined laser in treatment of laser hemor-rhoidectomy. Methods: 212 patients were reviewed to evaluate the overall patient satisfaction following hemorrhoidectomy, and postoperation complications. Patients were monitored for pain, healing, bleeding, and local edema. Nd: YAG laser, CO2 laser and He-Ne laser were used singly or combined randomly. Results: Painless defecation and healing occurred earlier in the combined laser treated patients than those treated by singly laser [P<0.05]. The combined laser treatment also had higher cure rate and less complications. Conclusion: The combined laser treatment may have quicker recovery and less complication.
