CT引导下单纯臭氧与联合激光治疗腰椎间盘突出症的疗效比较 被引量：1

摘要 目的探讨CT引导下臭氧消融术联合激光减压术治疗腰椎间盘突出症的应用价值。方法 60例患者随机分为单纯臭氧治疗组(A组)和臭氧联合激光治疗组(B组),每组30例;比较两组的VAS评分及临床疗效。结果两组在治疗后1个月、6个月的VAS评分与治疗前比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01),且B组6个月的VAS评分优于A组(P<0.05);治疗后6个月B组优良率为93.33%,显著高于A组的73.33%(P<0.05),但在术后1个月两组优良率比较无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论臭氧联合激光治疗腰椎间盘突出症的疗效显著,且远期疗效优于单纯臭氧治疗。
