早期神经康复治疗前后单侧大脑半球脑梗死患者脑SPECT-rCBF对比研究 被引量:5

A Comparison Study of Brain SPECT-rCBF from Early Neuro-rehabilitation Therapy of Acute Cerebral Infarction

摘要 对8例急性单侧半球脑梗死患者在早期神经康复持续治疗前后SPECT局部脑血流感兴趣区法测定结果进行对比,发现患侧额区、上额区以及健侧额区局部脑血流明显增加,提示该部位脑功能有改善,并初步探讨脑梗死后早期神经康复治疗的机制。 Comparison of 99mTc - ECD brains SPECT imaging of 8 acute unilateral cerebral infarctions taken before and after a course of continuous therapy of early neuro - rehabilitation. Brain SPECT imaging showed that the rCBF of 3 brain areas (frontal, supper - frontal in the affected side: frontal in the normal side) increased obviously. The local brain functions improved obviously. The possible mechanism of early neuro - rehabilitation in patients with acute cerebral infarction might be explained .
