摘要
当液压伺服系统用于机械传动的校正机构时,显得调整时间长,超调量大,校正精度不高。本文以庞特里雅金最小值原理为基础,以系统位置输出的调整时间最小为性能指标,田单纯形加速法寻优求得了系统的最佳砰—砰控制规律。经计算机模拟和实验证明,使用最佳砰—砰控制后,系统的阶跃响应基本无超调,调整时间大大缩短,可使校正精度和生产效率得到很大的提高。
When used in correction mechanism of mechanical drive, hydraulic servo system manifests a long time of overshoot, large overshoot and poor correction accuracy. Based on Pontryagin's minimum principle, taking the shortest adjusting time of position output of the system as performance index, this paper finds out the law of optimal bang-bang control by using simplex accelerated search. Computer anolog and the experiment show that step response of the system is basically no overshoot, greatly reduces adjusting time. and considerably improves correction accuracy and productivity wen adopting optimal bang-bang contol.
