摘要
铸铁缸盖鼻梁区的热疲劳断裂是机车柴油机最常见的故障。本文对多个机车16V240柴油机缸盖进行了加速低循环热疲劳试验,在试验中考虑了高循环热疲劳的影响;并利用线形损伤累积理论及蠕变的特点,对高温蠕变的影响进行了计算修正;预估了该缸盖的使用寿命,并对实验及计算结果进行了分析。
Crack of the thermal fatigue in nose-zone of a cast iron cylinder head is one of the frequent happened crack. How to accelerate low-frequency thermal fatigue test for cylyder heads is illustrated in this paper. In the test the affect of the high-frequency is meanwhile considered. Using the rule for the sum of the lineament failure and the character of a-creep,the effect of high-temperature creep is caculated and modified. The active-life for the cylinder head is analyzed and estimated. The test and calculating results are also analyzed in this paper.
