铆塞加速寿命试验设计及标准探究

摘要 为了给国内厂商生产的铆塞提供产品可靠性支持,降低铆塞的测试周期和测试成本,提高国产铆塞产品的市场竞争力,根据铝钢封闭式铆塞的工作原理、工作环境以及失效形式,选择循环冲击载荷和热循环作为铆塞加速寿命试验的加速应力,结合修正Miner疲劳累积损伤理论和修正Coffin-Manson模型,假设出铆塞的加速寿命模型,设计出一套铝钢封闭式铆塞加速寿命试验。根据试验结果,总结了铝钢封闭式铆塞应力与寿命之间可能存在的关系,为铆塞可靠性提供了理论依据。 In order to provide reliability support for sealing plugs produced by the manufacturer in our country,reduce the time and cost of sealing plugs’test,improve the market competitiveness,an accelerated life test of sealing plugs is designed.Based on the working principle,working environment and failure mode of aluminum-steel closed sealing plugs,the accelerated life model is calculated with modified Miner theory and modified Coffin-Manson model.The relationship between stress and life of 6mm aluminum-steel closed sealing plugs is concluded based on the test’s results,which provides a theoretical basis for the reliability of sealing plugs.
