摘要
本文从石油科技经济一体化的定义、发展趋势和中国石油科技经济一体化存在的主要问题入手,并借鉴国际大石油公司最佳实践经验和中国石油的具体情况,提出了入世后适合于中国石油科技经济一体化的模式和其它相关措施。这对中国石油加强科技创新体系建设、加速科技成果转化和推进科技经济一体化都具有重要的理论和现实意义。
Starting from the research on the definition,trends and problems of integration of petrol S&T and economy in China,the paper takes the best experiences of huge oil corporations for reference and considers the circumstances of petrol China,then builds up a suitable model of integration and proposes relative measures after China's entry in WTO.It is significant of theory and practice to establish the system of science and technology innovations,to speed up the transformation of science technology achievements,and to realize the integration of science technology and economy.
