结合北京矿冶研究总院兼并北京钨钼材料厂这一实例，深入地分析了科研机构兼并生产型企业在我国发展的基础与前景，并指出存在的几个问题，以资借鉴。
This thesis made a thorough analysis on the foundation and prospects ofmerging productive enterprises by research institutions .Which was combined with a livingexample that BGRIMM merged Beijing Tungsten and Molybdenum Material Factory.What's more, it also pointed out some problems that still remained now. The successorsare expected to draw on experience of it.
