摘要
钙、钙调蛋白作为信号转导因子,在植物生长发育过程中起着十分重要的作用.在植物有性生殖过程中,钙、钙调蛋白的分布也发生一系列的变化。综述了植物有性生殖过程中的动态,并介绍了一些广泛运用于钙、钙调蛋白研究的方法。
As signal conductors, calcium ion (Ca2+) and calmoduil (CaM) play a key role in plant growth and development- During plant sexual reproduction, the distribution of Ca2+ and CaM underwent a series of variation. The dynamic of Ca2+ and CaM during plant sexual reproduction is reviewed. Some methods broadly used in the study on Ca2+ and CaM were introduced as well.
