摘要
目的 应用多元化定位、多靶点调控手术治疗难治性精神分裂症 4 0例 .采用临床精神病量表及临床观察评估手术治疗难治性精神分裂症的疗效 .方法 采用国内外公认通用的精神病临床评定量表 .精神分裂症选用简明精神病评定量表 (BPRS) ,阳、阴性症状量表 (PANSS)床疗效总评量表 (CGI)评定疗效 .参照中国人民解放军总后卫生部临床疾病诊断依据治愈好转标准 .采用家属观察疗效问卷 .韦氏智力量表(WISC)测定智力 .由两名精神科医生手术前后评定 ,统一标准 ,评定时间分别在手术前 2d和出院前 ,手术后 1,3和 6mo ,定期随访 .结果 治愈 1例 (1/ 4 0 )、显效 2 6例 (2 6 / 4 0 )、有效 11例 (11/ 4 0 ) ,无效 2例 (2 / 4 0 ) ,总有效率为 95 % (38/ 4 0 ) .结论 多元化定位、多靶点调控手术治疗难治性精神分裂症 ,是一种定位准确、疗效明显、损伤小、对智力无损害的一种有效的治疗方法 .
AIM 40 patients with refractory schizopenia were treated by stereotactic technique with localizations and targets. METHODS Their therapeutic effects were estimated with BPRS, PANSS, CGI and WEISS schedule, and evaluated by the same two physicians 2 days before operation and 1, 3, 6, month after operation. RESULTS One patient was cured, 26 patients were respectively improved, 11patient were improved and 2 patient were invalid, the general improvement ratio were 95%. CONCLUSION The stereotactic neurosurgery with localizations and targets is an effective method to treat refractory schizophenia because of its accuracy location, mini impairment and non wisdom injury.
