摘要 目的在内科护理学教学中渗透人文素质教育,提高学生人文素质。方法在内科护理学教学过程中,通过增设人文教育的教学目标,改变教学方法,在理论授课和课间实习过程中有意识地培养学生人文素质。结果学生对教师理论授课和课间实习质量评价结果优,满意率为100%。学生普遍反映通过学习巩固了专业思想、增强了评判性思维能力、加强了与同学、患者间的沟通与交流能力、学生的团队意识和团结协作精神明显增强。结论 内科护理学教学渗透人文素质教育有益于提高学生人文素质。 Objective To reinforce student's humanistic quality by weaving humanistic quality education into internal medical nursing teaching. Methods In internal medical nursing teaching, humanistic quality education was added and teaching methodologies were changed. In theoretic teaching and practice, the students' humanistic quality was cultivated unconsciously. Results A survey to understand theoretic and practical teaching quality showed that the satisfaction rate reached 100%. They thought humanistic quality education helped them consolidate their professional knowledge, strengthen judging ability, promote communication among them so that their team spirit and cooperative sense were enhanced. Conclusion Humanistic quality education weaved into internal medical nursing teaching is good for improvement of student's humanistic quality.
