摘要
目的探讨精神分裂症康复期病人健康教育的效果。方法 对105例精神分裂症康复期病人采取个别和小组教育形式,采用口头、文字和视听教育方法,在治疗及精神卫生等方面的相关知识进行指导。结果了解用药及疾病相关知识、家庭自我护理知识的病人占70％,了解心理卫生知识的病人占57％,26.7％的家属部分了解病人家庭生活指导,1.9％不了解。结论健康教育对精神分裂症康复期病人的认知能力和社会功能的恢复有促进作用,不可忽视对康复期病人的心理指导及对病人家属的健康教育。
Objective To understand the effect of health education of schizophreniacs at convalescence. Methods The education methods included random individual oral talk, collective communication and lectures. Results 70% of patients understood the knowledge related with medication and specific diseases, self-care at home. 57% mastered psychological health knowledge. Conclusion Health education of schizophreniacs at convalescence is very important. More importance should be attached to understanding of their mental features and then instructions of psychological health for the purpose of diminishing worries and fears as well as pessimistism so as to promote their cooperation in treatment and persist in taking medicine, which is kev to prevention of recurrence.
