摘要
目的探讨健康教育路径对精神分裂症患者遵医行为的影响。方法将2009年12月我院的72例住院精神分裂症患者随机分为研究组和对照组。对照组采用常规宣教指导。研究组实施健康教育路径。在入组前及入组后3个月对两组患者的依从性、健康知识知晓率、满意度进行问卷测评。结果研究终点时研究组患者依从性、健康知识知晓率及满意度均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义。结论健康教育路径实施能提高住院精神分裂症患者的依从性、健康知识知晓程度以及满意度。
Objective: To explore the impacts of health education methods on compliance behaviors in patients with schizophrenia. Methods: Seventy -two in- patients with schizophrenia were randomized divided into study group and control group from January 2008 to November 2009. The control group was treated with regular education conducts, and the study group was treated with health education pathway. The two groups were evaluated with questionnaires (including compliance behaviors, health knowledge awareness and satisfaction questionnaire ) before and 3 months after treatments. Results: Compliance behaviors, health knowledge and satisfaction level were all significantly better in study group than in control group. Conclusion: Health education methods can improve compliance, health knowledge and satisfaction in- patients with schizophrenia.
