摘要
通过对我国硬质合金行业特点的分析,论述了中小型硬质合金生产企业技术创新的特点。在强调了与国家创新体系相协调、与市场定位相结合的基础上,指出我国中小型硬质合金生产企业现阶段宜以模仿创新为主,创造条件开展合作创新,并就应注意的主要问题进行了阐述。
Analysis is made of the characteristics of cemented carbide industry in China.The paper describes the features of the technical innovation by the medium and small-size cemented carbide factories with emphasis stressed on coordination with the state innovation system in combination with market orientation.It is pointed out that the medium/small-size cemented carbide factories should base the innovation on anologue innovation,creating conditions for cooperative innovation.Description is also made of the major issues to be addressed.
