摘要
综述了近期我国中小硬质合金企业的发展状况及对几家典型的“成长型”中小企业进行了剖析。说明今后的十年中我国中小硬质合金企业仍有继续发展空间。中小企业为了实现稳定的生存和发展 ,应把精力集中在相对狭小的业务部门 ,坚持和提高自己在行业分工链条上的特殊性以及从经济效益角度判断其合理性 。
The paper has summarized the development of medium and small-size hard alloy enterprises in the recent years and analyzed some typical'developing'medium and small size enterprises.Results show that the medium and small-size hard alloy enterprises still have space for further development.In order to realize stable existance and development,they shouldconcentrate theit energy on relatively narrow vocational depatrment.On the other hand,it should adhere and raise the particularity on the chain in the trade division of labor and judge the rationality from the point of economic benefits so that they can be adapted themselves to market competition.
