摘要
高等教育质量问题近年来倍受社会各界关注 ,本文就高等教育在其规模迅速发展的背景下 ,如何处理好规模扩展与质量提高的矛盾 ,确保高等教育的质量 ,提出了一些见解。指出要正确理解教育质量的内涵 ,转变教育质量观念 ,树立多元性教育质量观 ,把突出“一个中心”、“八个方面”的工作作为确保高等教育质量的基本对策 ,促进高等教育持续健康地发展。
