摘要
阐述了管理创新的内涵与条件,分析了我国林业企业深化改革和发展以及环境变化与管理创新的关系,指出了管理创新是我国林业企业发展的当务之急。
At first,this paper explains the connotation and condition of management innovation (MI).Second,based on analyzing the relation between further reform and development of forestry enterprises in China as well as theirs environmental change and MI,the paper points out that MI is a pressing obligation of development for forestry enterprises in China.
