摘要
目的:为第四脑室肿瘤显微外科治疗提供相应的解剖学参数。方法:对35具甲醛固定的男性成人脑标本的第四脑室及毗邻结构进行解剖学测量。结果:第四脑室底长为38.7±3.3mm;宽为17.1±3.4mm;蚓锥蚓垂点至第四脑室尖的距离为20.2±1.6mm,延髓前正中裂至绒球外侧缘的距离为28.4±2.2mm,第四脑室底正中沟至绒球外侧缘的距离27.3±1.9mm,由蚓锥蚓垂点至四叠体点的距离为40.9±2.7mm。结论:这些数据的测量提供了重要的解剖参数,是保证手术顺利进行、不损伤重要结构的形态学依据。
Objective:To supply anatomic parameters for microsurgical treatment of the fourth ventricle tumors. Methods; Measurements were performed in the fourth ventricle in 35 male adult brain specimens. Results; (1)The length of rhomboid fossa was (38.7±3.3) mm;The width of rhomboid fossa was (17.1±3.4) mm;The distance between pyramis-u-vula point and apex of the fourth ventricle was (20. 2±1.6) mm;The distance between the anterior median fissure of medulla oblongata and the lateral edge of flocculus was (28.4±2.2) mm;The distance between the median sulcus on base of fourth ventricle and the lateral edge of flocculus was (27. 3 ±1.9) mm;The distance between point of pyramis-uvula and quadrigeminal point was (40.9±2.7) mm. Conclution:the anatomic parameters are important both in localization and protection of vital structures during operation.
