大鼠小脑旁绒球的传入纤维投射 被引量:5

摘要 目的:应用荧光金作为逆行标记物,追踪大鼠小脑旁绒球的传入纤维联系。方法:将荧光金注射到大鼠一侧旁绒球,然后全脑做连续冠状冰冻切片,荧光显微镜下观察结果。结果:荧光金标记神经细胞分布于同侧的下橄榄核内,包括下橄榄内侧核、下橄榄内侧核A亚核、下橄榄内侧核C亚核、下橄榄核主核;双侧前庭神经内侧核、脊髓前庭核、蜗神经腹侧核前部、前置核、脑桥核等,对侧的标记神经细胞多于同侧。结论:大鼠小脑旁绒球与脑干各核区的纤维联系与灵长类动物基本一致,推测低等动物也具有平稳眼跟踪运动和前庭眼动反射的传导环路。
