摘要
从还原论与分析法的片面性、西医发病学说的逻辑基础———线性因果论、临床上的对抗疗法等方面阐述了西方医学的局限性 ,认为现代西方科学哲学家已开始走整体论与综合法的道路。“循证医学”的提出改变了西医学的发展模式 ,这也是当今中医学的发展模式。并就中医学的特色与不足 ,论述了中医学与自然科学发展之关系。认为中医学应该认识到自己的不足 ,将中医学固有的特色加以深化 ,运用现代科学技术进行论述以获得对问题的充分、具体的论证。指出人类医学在21世纪发展的总趋势是西方医学将在高层次上向整体论。
It states the limits of western medicine(WM) from the following points:the onesidedness of restoration analysis method,linear causality being the logic basis of WM pathogenic theory and clinical opposing therapy.It's thought that the modern western sci-philosophers have approached the wholism and comprehensive method.The raising of evidence based medicine changes the development model of WM,which is also the development model of TCM.Afterwards,on the characteristics and shortcomings of TCM,it expounds the relation between the developments of TCM and natural science.It's considered that TCM should realize its own shortcomings and deepen the innate characteristics of TCM,use modern sci tech to make verification and explanation and to get enough detailed convincingness. It's indicated that the general trend of the human being medicine in 21st century is that WM will return to comprehensive method of wholism on higher levels.
