围手术期急性等容血液稀释与输异体血对恶性肿瘤病人T细胞亚群的影响 被引量:1

摘要 目的 :探讨围术期急性等容血液稀释自身输血与输异体血对恶性肿瘤病人 T细胞亚群的影响。方法 :将 56例恶性肿瘤病人随机分为急性等容血液稀释组 ( 组 )和输异体血组 ( 组 )。分别于麻醉前、后、术中及术后 2 4h、48h、72 h,抽取静脉血测定 T细胞亚群CD2 、CD4 、CD8、CD4 / CD8。结果 :血液稀释组在麻醉后、术中、术后 T细胞亚群改变不明显 ,前后比较无差异。输血组在术后 2 4h后 T细胞变化明显 ,CD2 、CD4 、CD4 / CD8降低 ,CD8升高。 72 h未见恢复到术前水平。结论 :围术期急性等容血液稀释对 T细胞亚群的影响不大 ,而输异体血对
