摘要
汉川电厂二期工程4号炉制粉系统自投入运行以来,频繁发生一次风门卡涩、风门开关不到位等缺陷,严重影响了炉膛的燃烧工况。针对该问题,分析了故障发生的原因,确定了改进的方案,取得了良好的效果。
Since the No.4 furnace pulverizer system of Hanchuan power plant's second stage project put into service the primary air throttle blockage had frequently occurred and the throttle gate had reached wrong position and etc.These defects seriously influenced the operating mode of the furnace.In accordance with these questions,we analysed the reason of the troubles,defined the implementation scheme,and gained good effect.
