摘要
以一台600MW机组为例,根据其工作原理分析了目前普遍存在的液动高加旁路泄漏和卡涩原因以及计算泄漏引起的经济性降低。提出预防旁路泄漏和卡涩的措施和注意事项,对电厂的安全经济运行有一定的参考价值。
The paper presents the principle of the hydraulic bypass system of HP heaters, analye the reasons of leakage and jam of the bypass and to calculate the lowering of the economy caused by leakage, and advances preventive measures and attention to issues of plant safety economic operations have certain referenced value.
