摘要
大豆纤维十分纤细,具有致密的皮层及多孔海绵状芯层的结构特点。文中研究了大豆纤维染色用染料的适用性(如直接染料、活性染料、中性络合染料、酸性染料),主要工艺因素和经济成本。文中重点分析了活性染料活性基团的强弱及其染色性能如饱和吸附量、扩散速率、染色深度等。染色温度、盐的用量、染色固色剂和皂洗后处理等染色工艺参数,并介绍了染色前处理如洗涤、酸性纤维素酶处理及漂白对染色加工的影响。
The bean fiber is very fine.There are some characteristics which the skin from dense texture,a lot of hole and sheathcone texture like sponge.Study some dyes about dying of bean fiber direct dyes,reactive dyes,neutral dyes,acid dyes ability,process factors,and economy benefit.This paper mainly analysis reactive dye's reactive group,the strong and weak of the dyes,about this group's dyeing effect.E.g.the dye's saturation absorption rate,dispersing rate,deep dyeing and some dyeing effect results.This paper also abvance about dyeing effect.e.g.dyeing temperature,amout of sodium sulphate,dyeing fixing,and soaping after treatment.Another method from before treatment of dyeing,it contains scouring,the management of enzyme,bleaching process.The effects of some process can affects the dyeing performance.
