摘要
研究了Remazol RR系列活性染料对大豆蛋白复合纤维的染色性能,包括上染率、固色率、SERF值等。结果表明,此系列染料上染大豆蛋白复合纤维具有较高的上染率和固色率,且具有很好的重演性;Remazol RR系列中的黄Y-RR上染大豆蛋白复合纤维和棉纤维的对比显示,大豆蛋白复合纤维与棉纤维有着不同的染色行为,即加碱前,活性染料与大豆蛋白复合纤维会发生一定程度的固着作用,染料的吸附和固着是同时进行的,推测这和活性染料与大豆蛋白复合纤维中的碱性氨基酸反应有关。另外指出,活性染料染大豆蛋白复合纤维时应注意工艺的控制,以保证染色匀染性;同时,不能片面采用棉纤维活性染料染色的SERF特征值表征大豆蛋白复合纤维活性染料的染色特性,应根据实际情况进行调整。
This paper studies the dyeing properties of Remazol RR series of reactive dyes on the soybean protein fiber including dye uptake , fixation yield and SERF value. The research results show that dyeing of soybean protein fiber with Remazol RR series of reactive dyes can give higher dye up-take , fixation yield and better redyeing property; according to comparison between the soybean protein fiber and cotton fiber dyed with Remazol RR series of reactive dyes , the dyeing behaviors are different , i.e. , before application of alkali,the fixation effect can occur between the reactive dye and soybean protein fiber and the adsorption and fixation of dyes happen simultaneously , which may be due to the reaction between reactive dye and the alkalic amino acid of soybean protein fiber. In addition,it points out that the dyeing process of the soybean protein fiber with reactive dye should be properly controlled in order to guarantee the levelness,and the SERF characteristic value of cotton fiber dyed with reactive dye could not be applied to the soybean protein fiber directly,which should be adjusted according to actual conditions.
