摘要
在一定的投资总量控制下 ,投资结构决定了油气勘探的功能和效益。该文结合勘探自身的发展规律 ,讨论了油气勘探良性发展与合理投资结构五个方面的问题 :①勘探风险投资与效益投资比例 ;②区探、预探、评价、滚动投资比例 ;③不同勘探阶段二维、三维、预探井、评价井投资比例 ;④勘探科研与勘探工程投资比例 ;⑤勘探开发投资比例。作者试图分析制约勘探效益变化的内在原因 ,探讨开展油气勘探投资合理性关系研究的基本思路。
Controlled by the certain aggregate investment, investment construction determines the function and benefit of oilgas exploration. The relationship between virtuous development of oilgas exploration and reasonable investment construction is discussed from five aspects:①the proportion of risk and benefit of exploration investment; ②the proportion of regional, preliminary , appraisal and progressive exploration investment; ③the proportion of 2D seismic prospecting, 3D seismic prospecting, preliminary prospecting well and appraisal well investment; ④the proportion of research and engineering exploration investment; ⑤the proportion of exploration and exploitation. The author attempted to analyze the internal reason that controls the change of exploration benefit and discuss a basic thinking of the research on reasonable oilgas exploration investment relationship.
