摘要
用碱溶法使紫菜中的碘以I-形式转移到溶液中,然后在酸性条件下用过氧化氢氧化,四氯化碳萃取,经分光光度标准曲线法测得紫菜中的碘含量大约为126.69μg,该方法可以用来提取和测得海草中的碘含量,回收率高,简便可靠。
I- is obtained from the laver by ackaline fusion and then oxidized by H2O2 in acid solution,thus we can determine the iodine content by alkaline extraction spectrophometry,which is about 126.69 ug/g.The method of high accuracy can be used to extract and bedtermine the iodine content of the laver or other seaweed.
