摘要
本文报道了用火焰原子吸收光谱法测定人发中的微量元素铁、锌、钙、铜、镁.研究了用湿法消化样品和采用HNO3-HClO4溶样,相对标准偏差为1.5％～2.3％,回收率为99.5％～100.1％.
The article reports, that content of trace elements such as Iron, Zinc, Capper and Mogne-sium in humman. hair F with flame atomic, absorption spectrometry. The samples are sigested with wet method, are dissolved with HNO3 -HC1O4 mixture. The relative normal deviation is 1. 5%-2. 3%. Race of recovery is 99. 5%-100. 1%.
