摘要 量子点又可称为半导体纳米微晶体,它具有比传统有机荧光染料更优越的荧光特性.量子点作为一种新型的荧光标记物近年来已在生物医药领域得到广泛应用.综述CdE(E=S,Se,Te)量子点的基本性质,合成、修饰、表征方法以及在化学、生物医药方面的应用,最后对量子点在生物学中的应用前景作了展望. Quantum dots is also named semiconductor nanocrystals. It has better light emitting properties than conventional organic fluors. Quantum dots as a novel fluorescent probe have been applicated in medicine and biology last years. A review was provided about the motheds for synthesis, modefieation and characterization as well as the trends of QDs research were presented.
